We would like to inform you that the deadline for the mandatory registration of essential employment terms in the ERGANI Information System has been extended. This extension has been made possible through coordinated efforts between the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, in collaboration with business partners and employers’ federations.
According to the Decree published on 28 February 2025 in the Official Gazette of the Republic, the new compliance deadline is now 31 May 2025, replacing the previous deadline of 28 February 2025.
