Romanos Yiangoudakis

Head of Human Resources | Leading global operations and advisory services

Romanos Yiangoudakis joined Uniteam in 2012 as the Human Resources Manager and was promoted in 2014 to Head of Human Resources for the Group. He is leading the human resources operations and advisory services globally and oversees the provision of human resources management services to both internal and external customers.
He is extensively involved in various human resources and change management projects across the Group and he has been responsible for developing and implementing the human resources strategy of the Group as well as all internal procedures and policies concerning employment, recruitment, learning and development, and employee welfare.
Romanos has more than 16 years' of experience in the Human Resources field and before joining Uniteam was employed by the European Commission in the learning and development unit of the legal service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. He also holds a diploma in Organizational Psychology.

Htin Kyaw Myint Head of Human Resources

Htin Kyaw Myint

Executive Director | Myanmar

Htin Kyaw Myint joined Uniteam Group of Companies in 2006 as a Fleet Personnel Manager and was involved in crew manning and personnel operations for Uniteam Marine in Yangon. After obtaining a Diploma in Crew Management from Lloyd Maritime Academy (UK) and a PGDip in HRM & Internal Auditor (ISO 9001), he transferred to the Quality, Safety, and Environment function as a Deputy Quality Management Representative until 2012. In 2013, he was appointed as an HR Coordinator and then, the Head of Human Resources in Myanmar, leading the Myanmar operations and advisory services. In 2019, he was appointed as an Executive Director.
He is responsible for the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs, advises on Human Resources Management matters, and is extensively involved in various management training programs. He also has experience in Human Resources Management functions and ISO certification for various industries.
Htin Kyaw Myint is an associate member of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI) and holds the professional membership of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-USA). He also serves voluntarily as a Joint Secretary-General for the Myanmar Society for Human Resource Management and participates in various projects in the areas of Learning and Development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the Rangoon Arts and Science University and an Executive Master of Business Administration. In addition, he holds the Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Human Resources Management from the Association of Business Executives and is a certified Human Resources Manager from SHRI (Singapore). He holds a certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management (UK) and is a certified train-the-trainer from MRM.

Aliki Christodoulides

Aliki Christodoulides

Head of Human Resources Administration | Leading global operations

Aliki supports the Global Head of Human Resources and is leading the Human Resources administration services for the Group globally. She possesses a broad knowledge of Human Resources practices and is expansively involved in various HR projects across the Group.
She oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources service line and is responsible for maintaining and improving all internal procedures and policies concerning employment, recruitment, learning and development, and employee benefits.
Aliki has more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Before joining Uniteam, she was employed as a Human Resources Business Consultant specializing in Quality Management Systems, audits, training and development policies.
Aliki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computing and Business Management and a Master's Degree in International Human Resources Management.

Su Hayman Bo

Su Hayman Bo

Deputy Head of HR | Myanmar

Su Hayman Bo joined Uniteam in 2016 as a Human Resources Administrator and was then promoted to Team Leader (Myanmar) in 2018. Starting January 2022, she was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of HR (Myanmar).
Su Hayman Bo is extensively involved in a variety of Human Resources processes, including the design of policies, standard operating procedures, and employee handbooks. She is also responsible for setting up the structure of Client Companies in a systematic manner and overseeing the training of Human Resources-related procedures.
She also has experience in preparing the People Survey for employee engagement, designing and developing the strategic action plan and key performance indicators for an organizational performance review, and providing substantial support for various corporate training programs. Additionally, she has delivered professional services in projects for certification with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
She is also involved in delivering services to a vast number of external customers in various industries, including pharmaceutical and medical instruments trading, mining, petrol trading, hotels, logistics, recycling services, and more.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Pharmacy (Yangon), a diploma in Business Administration from NCC Education Centre, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Excellence Choice Professional Centre. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001).
Furthermore, she is a Certified Human Resources Executive from SHRI and a Certified Human Resources Manager from SHRI, with more than eight years of experience in Human Resources.

Nicoleta Charalambous

Nicoleta Charalambous

Human Resources Administrator | Cyprus

Nicoleta joined Uniteam Global Business Services in 2021 as a Human Resources Trainee where she was involved especially in matters related to the Recruitment Agency.
She then moved to the Human Resources service line as an HR Administrator where she is responsible for the daily operations of the Human Resources service line such as the Company's Policies and Procedures, Learning & Development, conducts employee induction programs, and provides general support to all HR matters.
Nicoleta holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Human Resources & Corporate Strategy.
