I started my professional career as an accountant in 2015. It’s been six years and I am proud to be part of such an organisation. Throughout these years, due to the organisation’s commitment to the growth and development of employees, I was developed as a professional.
I am impressed by the culture of this organisation; the people here are derived from different backgrounds, nationalities, and religions and at the same time all of them respect each other and treat each other as a family. The employees are enthusiastic with what they are doing, and they are always available to help and support each other, either for work related matters or personal matters.
On the other hand, management respects each employee and is always open for discussion and suggestions for improvement. Someone wouldn’t say I am a typical accountant for a few reasons.
I am into arts and not into financial news. I like spending my free time at art festivals and not at business events. I don’t dream owing a fast car - I am rather happy with my saloon car.
What makes me happy working in Financial Services:
To develop myself, acquire new skills, become ACCA qualified, undertake responsibilities of projects, tasks, lead people, travel. I especially love to help people grow – during training and coaching sessions with my colleagues in Cyprus and Myanmar, through providing help with new systems and software packages.
What makes me extra happy to work with Uniteam Global Business Services:
To have friends and not colleagues. To live teamwork. To disagree with my friends from time to time. To find common ground and support each other to overcome challenging assignments. To teach and to be taught.
