The Tax Department has announced, through regulations Κ.Δ.Π. 358/2025 and Κ.Δ.Π. 359/2025 (published in the Official Gazette No. 5984, Series III(I), on 28 November 2025), an extension of the filing deadlines for:
- Corporate Income Tax Return (Form T.F.4)
- Individual Income Tax Return with audited/reviewed accounts (Form T.F.1 – Accounts)
- Summary Information Table on Controlled Transactions (where applicable under Article 33(10) of the Income Tax Law 2003–2025)
New Deadlines:
Tax Year 2023: 31 March 2026
Tax Year 2024: 30 November 2026
