The Tax Department announced that, in order to comply with tax obligations, there is an opportunity to submit Withholding Tax & Contributions Declarations (TD 7) that have not been submitted by the specified date and pertain to the years from 2019 onwards, until October 31, 2024, without the imposition of an Administrative Penalty.
After this date, the charges provided by the Law will be imposed.
